EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Make the change of your products in our physical store located at the following address 77 av. Luis Muñoz Rivera - San Juan - Puerto Rico, or at the customer service lines +1 (787) 3949994 +1 (939) 8812315, within a maximum period of five (5) days from the date of issuance of the invoice.

In case of changes or returns, the following must be taken into account:

Products purchased on promotion or on sale are not exchangeable for size, color or reference, only for quality.

Changes are subject to inventory availability.

The garments must be returned to the warehouse in perfect condition, with the corresponding labels and original packaging.

Only one exchange per purchase is allowed.

Changes or returns will be made for the initial value for which the garments were purchased.
